Is Ditch free?
Ditch does have a free plan! On that plan, you get access to all of the exciting features we have to offer. The only caveat is that you have to enable Payoffs. This makes sure you get the most out of the app and helps us cover the expenses associated with linking your accounts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! Ditch only charges for two things. One is the monthly subscription fee (if applicable). The second is a convenience fee on payments made with our Payoffs feature since we have to pay the payment processor.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! In the Ditch app, click the gear icon and select 'Manage Subscription.' Then cancel the subscription from the settings on your device.
